The problem that the files in the computer can't be copied

Don't think too much, many people must have encountered a situation in which a file in their own computer can't be copied. Some of them are prompted to be used, some are hints that the permissions are not enough. What should I do at this time? Let WinHex solve it for you. Take an example, if your computer is win7, you go to c:\\windows\\system32\\config and copy the SAM file. The system will definitely prompt that the current file is in use and cannot be copied. At this point, you use WinHex to open the current directory (provided you have to install the WinHex software), click on the tool, select Open Disk, or use the F9 shortcut. Then enter the config folder, you can see the SAM file, right click on SAM, you can see that there is a copy option, click on the option to the destination disk, select the destination you need to copy to.
