Apple listed Android 4.1 system as an infringing product

According to foreign media reports, Apple recently filed a motion with the Federal District Court Judge Paul · Glivar of the Northern District of California to add a lawsuit for a patent infringement lawsuit, claiming the Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 tablet and Google's Android 4.1 system "Jelly Bean" violated its patents.

Analysts say that accusing Jelly Bean of infringing patents may mark Apple's first direct pointing to Android. If Apple wins such lawsuits as always, Android-based vendors dominated by Google and Samsung will face bad luck.

When Jobs was alive, he planned a thermonuclear war against Android. "Hot Nuclear War" is the "scrapping" that Jobs issued when Google announced its entry into the mobile operating system with Android. At the time, Google CEO Schmidt was a member of Apple's board of directors, so Jobs was very annoyed that the Android system was naked and plagiarized Apple technology.

After Schmidt left Apple's board of directors, Jobs vowed to launch "hot nuclear war" to destroy Android and its partners, the patent war is one of them.
