Clever use of shortcut keys, can greatly speed up the speed of our computer operation. Therefore, research and targeted memory shortcuts under Windows is very good for yourself!

1.Win key

On both sides of the current keyboard, there is a Windows icon labeled Windows. Win key. With it, you can quickly open some very useful system features. However, some newspapers and magazines are not well presented. I will list them one by one for your reference:

Note:

(2) The right button of the right side of the Windows key is called the Application key, its role is very little known, we can open a shortcut menu of an item by pressing it, which is equivalent to the right Hit the mouse.

2.Common keys in Windows

CTRL+C Copy

CTRL+X Cut

CTRL+V Paste

CTRL+Z Undo

DELETE Delete

SHIFT+DELETE Permanently delete selected items without placing them in the Recycle Bin

Press CTRL to copy the selected item while dragging it.

Press CTRL+SHIFT while dragging an item to create a shortcut to the selected item.

F2 Renames the selected item.

CTRL+Right Arrow Moves the insertion point to the beginning of the next word.

CTRL+Left Arrow Moves the insertion point to the beginning of the previous word.

CTRL+Down Arrow Moves the insertion point to the beginning of the next paragraph.

CTRL+ Up Arrow Moves the insertion point to the beginning of the previous paragraph.

CTRL+SHIFT+ Any arrow key Highlights a piece of text.

SHIFT+ Any arrow key Select multiple items on the window or desktop, or select the text in the document.

CTRL+A Select all content.

F3 Search for files or folders.

CTRL+O Opens an item.

ALT+ENTER View the properties of the selected item.

ALT+F4 Closes the current project or exits the current program.

CTRL+F4 Closes the current document in a program that allows multiple documents to be opened at the same time.

ALT+TAB Switches between open projects.

ALT+ESC cycles through the items in the order they were opened.

F6 Cycle through screen elements on a window or desktop.

F4 displays a list of the "Address" columns in "My Computer" and "Windows Explorer".

SHIFT+F10 Display the shortcut menu of the selected item

ALT+Spacebar Displays the System menu of the current window.

CTRL+ESC Displays the Start menu.

ALT+ Underlined letters in menu names Show corresponding menus

Underlined letters in command names displayed on open menus Execute the corresponding commands.

F10 Activates the menu bar in the current program.

Right arrow Opens the next menu on the right or opens a submenu.

Left button Opens the next menu on the left or closes the submenu.

F5 Refresh the current window.

Backspace View the previous folder in My Computer or Windows Explorer.

ESC cancels the current task.

Pressing the SHIFT key while inserting a disc into the CD-ROM drive prevents the disc from playing automatically.

Ctrl+Home Quickly reach the head of the file or the head of the window

Ctrl+End Quickly reach the end of the file or at the end of the window

Alt+Enter Switch DOS window maximization and Minimize

3. Dialog shortcuts

Key operations

CTRL+TAB Move forward between tabs

CTRL+SHIFT+TAB Move backwards between tabs

TAB Move forward between options

SHIFT+TAB Move backwards between options

ALT+ Underlined letters execute Corresponding commands or select the appropriate option.

ENTER Execute the command corresponding to the active option or button.

SPACEBAR Select or clear the check box if the live option is a check box.

Arrow Keys When a live option is a set of option buttons, select a button.

F1 Display Help

F4 Displays the items in the current list.

Backspace Key If a folder is selected in the Save As or Open dialog, the previous folder is opened.

4. "Explorer" shortcut

Button Operation

END Shows the bottom of the current window.

HOME Displays the top of the current window.

NUM LOCK+ The asterisk (*) of the numeric keypad displays all subfolders of the selected folder.

The NUM LOCK+ numeric keypad plus sign (+) displays the contents of the selected folder.

NUM LOCK+ Numeric keyboard minus sign (-) Collapse selected folder

Left arrow Folds the item when it is in the expanded state, or selects its parent folder.

Right arrow Expands the item when the currently selected item is collapsed, or selects the first subfolder.
