Step 1: Set the display type

First, Please open the C:\\Windows\\SYSTEM32 folder in the main interface. Since our purpose is to get all executable file names, you need to select "Execute files only" in the "Display → File Display" menu. Executable files of type EXE, BAT, PIF, CMD, etc.

Editing Tip: By default, TC will display all files, of course you can also choose "Custom" to display any type of file.

Step 2: List all executable files

Because C:\\Windows\\SYSTEM32 also contains several subfolders, in order to let TC also list these subfolders For all executable files, press the "Ctrl+B" key combination so that the TC will list all executable files under the current folder (including subfolders).

Step 3: Export File List

Press "Ctrl+A" to select all files, then execute "Copy File Name to Clipboard" or "Copy File" from the "Select" menu. The Full Path to Clipboard command copies all of the executable file lists under the C:\\Windows\\SYSTEM32 folder to the clipboard.

Edit Tip: The former only copies the file name, the latter will copy the full path of the file at the same time, you can decide which command to use according to the actual situation.

Step 4: Processing

Next, you can paste the list of files you just copied in any editor. As for how to deal with it later, this is not the author's business. It is.

It is recommended that all the selected files be selected, so that the obtained file list is the most complete. In addition, you can also set the sorting method of the file list. The default is to sort by file name. Of course, you can also reset it to sort by extension, size, date and time. After the setting is completed, return to the main window and click "OK".
