Teach you to get XP boot prompt DLL file error

Description of the problem: "Access denied when loading C:/WIND/SYSTEM32.UKWIEG96.DLL" appears when booting. If you don't find out what dll is, try the following three methods:

Solution one:

Start-Run-msconfig-Start--Remove the add-on ***.dll and restart the computer. Usually it will be there, if it pops up again Go to the second step.

Solution 2:

Start-Run-regedit, delete the corresponding key in the following location:

HKEY_CURRENT_USERSoftwareMicrosoftWindowsCurrentVersionRun

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESOFTWAREMicrosoftWindowsCurrentVersionRun

dll is lost for some reason (the biggest possibility is because it is a virus or rogue software dll file, was deleted by soft kill), but its related registration information is still there, causing the system to load it when it is booted. However, I could not find the file of it, so I was given an error. If you click "OK", the system is not abnormal, and it can run normally, you can use this software to clean up the boot loader, and this message will not appear after booting.

Workaround 3:

Generally it should be uninstalled some programs are not completely caused, there is its information in the registry. So when it starts, it is still loading. You use Super Rabbit Magic Settings or Windows Optimizer to scan the registry. It will automatically pick out invalid items and delete them.
