Hide and turn off the computer option to make the lock more thorough

Normal work, when we need to leave the computer for a short time, and in order to prevent others from peeking at the file data in the system, usually lock the computer (such as: use the "Windows + L" shortcut ), you must enter the correct password to log in to the system again. Although this can protect the confidential files from being peeked, it is not a problem to prevent others from shutting down maliciously, because the computer can be easily turned off by the "shut down computer" option in the login interface. Therefore, to completely lock the computer, you also need to hide the "shut down the computer" option. Let's take a look at the specific method of "turn off the computer" option in the login interface.

Click “Start→Run”, enter “GPEDIT.MSC” in the pop-up running dialog box, and press Enter to open the Group Policy Editor. Expand the following branch "Computer Configuration → Windows Settings → Security Settings → Local Policies → Security Options", and in the right pane, find the "Shutdown: Allow shutdown before login" option, double-click, in the pop-up properties dialog box Set its properties to "disabled", click the "OK" button and close the Group Policy Editor.

OK, now try to lock your computer. The "Close Computer" button in the login interface has disappeared without a trace, so that unless you press and hold the power switch or straight Unplug the power, otherwise no one can maliciously shut down your computer.
