XP era from hard disk boot to DOS method

In the Internet era where the virus is rampant, in the school room where the "explorer" operates, system maintainers often inevitably boot the computer to DOS, kill the virus, fix the fault, or use Ghost to clone or recover. For Windows 98, you can directly press F8 to enter DOS at startup, and for Windows 2000 (Windows XP or Windows 2003), can you boot directly from the hard disk to DOS without using a floppy disk or CD? Below, we will quickly create a dual system of its own, so that Windows 2000 (Windows XP or Windows 2003) can boot directly from the hard disk to DOS. Method 1: New installation If your Windows 2000 (Windows XP or Windows 2003) system is not installed and you are not planning to install the system on an NTFS partition, then before installing Windows 2000 (Windows XP or Windows 2003) system, first Format the system as a boot disk with a DOS boot file with "Format/s C:" (assuming it is installed on the C partition). After the formatting is completed, install Windows 2000 (Windows XP or Windows 2003) system, and keep the existing DOS operating system during installation. When your Windows 2000 (Windows XP or Windows 2003) system is successfully installed, your Windows 2000 (Windows XP or Windows 2003) + DOS dual system is also a success. Method 2: Add DOS Perhaps your Windows 2000 (Windows XP or Windows 2003) system is already installed; perhaps, you don't want your Windows 2000 (Windows XP or Windows 2003) system to be installed in the FAT32 partition... Then you can use a small software vFloppy - to achieve Windows 2000 (Windows XP or Windows 2003) + DOS dual system. VFloppy's download address: Click to download. It is a green software. After decompressing, run vFloppy.exe to open the program. The main interface is shown in Figure 1. Click the "Select path to image file" button, then select BOOTDISK.img or NTFS.img, click the [Apply] button to complete the Windows 2000 (Windows XP or Windows 2003) + DOS dual system. As for uninstalling the virtual boot floppy (in fact, it can not be uninstalled, because it is not installed), just open the Boot.ini file in the root directory of the system partition (as shown in Figure 2), the corresponding boot in the boot menu The item (for example: C:\\BOOT\\BOOTDISK.bin="started by the virtual boot floppy disk") is deleted, or "timeout=30" is changed to "timeout=0".
