Porting internal code input method from XP to Vista system

We all know that by default, Windows Vista (hereinafter referred to as Vista), in addition to the default Microsoft Pinyin input method, only provides a limited number of Chinese input methods such as full spell, double spell, Zheng code. If you use other Chinese input methods, such as smart Chenqiao, Ziguang Pinyin, I am afraid you can only consider installing it yourself. However, if the computer is installed with Windows XP and Vista dual system (the following assumes that Windows XP is installed on the C drive), you can add the "internal code" input method to Vista as follows. Step 1: Copy the files “"c:WINDOWSsystem32WINGB.IME" and “c:WINDOWSHelpWINGB.CHM” from Windows XP to the same path in Vista. Of course, you can also copy them from other computers. Step 2: In the run box, type “regedit”, after running, enter the registry editor, and then navigate to "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESYSTEMCurrentControlSetControlKeyboard Layouts", create a new item named "E0220804" in the right pane. In the following, create the following string value, in which the name of the "inner code input method" can be changed arbitrarily: IME File: WINGB.IME Layout File: kbdus.dll Layout Text: Internal code input method Step 3: Right click on the system The input method icon at the tray, select “Settings" from the shortcut menu, and the “Text Service and Input Language & Rarr; General” dialog box will open. Click the “Add” button on the right side. As shown in the figure, now we can find the required internal code input method under “Chinese (China)”, and the installation will be logical.
