Ubuntu dual system can not enter the Windows disk solution

Some users have installed Ubuntu and Win10 dual system on the computer, under normal circumstances Ubuntu can access Windows disks. However, some users are unable to enter the Windows disk under Ubuntu, and they are prompted to not access. How to solve this problem?

The problem is as follows:

Solution:

1.Ctrl+Alt+T to open the terminal, enter the command to check if ntfs-3g is installed:

Locate ntfs-3g

If something like the above picture appears, it means it has been installed! The installation command is not installed:

sudo apt-get install ntfs-3g

2. Fix the corresponding partition of the mount error, such as /dev/sda6 in the prompt, enter the repair command: Br>

sudo ntfsfix /dev/sda6

The above is a solution to the dual system Ubuntu can not enter the Windows disk, this problem is still relatively common in the Ubuntu dual system, the solution is also very simple Just follow the steps above and you're done.
