Solution: To create a new application pool
new application pool
1. "start" - & gt; "Administrative Tools" - & gt; "Internet Information Services Manager (IIS)" .
2. Right click on "Application Pool" -> "New" -> "Application Pool...".
3. Right-click on the newly created application pool -> Properties -> Logo -> Pre-defined account is set to "Local System".
Assigning an application to an application pool
1. Go to "Internet Information Services Manager (IIS)"
