Application pool auto shutdown solution

                  Defaultapppool, application pool auto-close, iis application pool settings

Symptom:
Symptom: Open the event viewer and see yellow and red in the "system".
View the red "W3CSV" error message: "Application pool 'DefaultAppPool' is automatically disabled due to a series of errors in the process serving this application pool.", and its warning message: "The process serving the application pool 'DefaultAppPool' terminated unexpectedly. The process ID is '5896'. The process exit code is '0xffffffff'.".
There is also a "DCOM" error message: "Application-specific permission settings do not grant the local activation rights of the COM server application (CLSID {A9E69610-B80D-11D0-B9B9-00A0C922E750}) to the user NT AUTHORITY\\ NETWORK SERVICE SID (S-1-5-20). This security right can be modified using the Component Services Management Tool.".

Solution:
1. Component Services in, expand Component Services, Computers, My Computer, DCOM configuration. The name found is: IIS Admin Service. Right click on it, select Properties, select the "Security" tab, select Edit in Launch and Activation Permissions, select "Add", "Advanced", "Find Now", find "NETWORK SERVICE", and then OK. Remember to check the "Local Start" and "Local Activation" checkboxes for this user. Final confirmation.
2. Restart IIS
