Set up a shared server with 2003 01

I am a netizen, working as a network administrator in a company. At the beginning of the year, some new employees came in the company. Because of the work needs, we should frequently access some files on the server, but in consideration of security and other issues, we must come up with a detailed plan. In fact, the main functions are as follows:
1, each user can access and delete the files they own.
2, these users sometimes need to access some files in common, but can not let them have the delete permission, can only be added and deleted by the administrator.
3, each user must have their own account, and access to a specific folder needs to be formed into a log for the administrator to view.
4, to ensure that the files stored on the server by users do not carry viruses and other harmful code.
5, each user can only store a certain size of the file on the server, rather than an infinite file, and can notify the administrator when the file is stored to a specific cordon.
6, for some important private files, users should be able to achieve encryption, to ensure that this information will not be read by others.

Through analysis, in fact, in addition to the function of virus monitoring, other services that require Windows 2003 can be implemented, let us look at how the specific implementation. This example has a certain universality, not only practical and economical, but also ensures security, basically achieves zero management, greatly reducing the burden on administrators. Here is just an example. When you do it, the user name and group name and other settings are set according to your needs.

First, we open the Start menu, select "Programs" - "Administrative Tools" - "Computer Management", open "Local Users and Groups" (assuming you have not established a domain), then click the user, right Right click in the column, newly create 3 users, respectively, a, b, c3 users, (assuming the new three users, respectively, a, b, c), as shown in Figure 1
