Word documents can be set to prevent password changes and prevent others from modifying them. But if you forget your password, the trouble is big. But learn the following three tricks, you will not be guilty of losing your password. In order to prevent others from modifying their Word documents, Teacher Li specially added anti-modification passwords to the documents. But after a long time, the password is forgotten. After opening the document, the text cannot be selected. Most of the shortcut menu options are gray, you can't copy and paste, and you can't modify the document. Finally, the computer veteran of the computer room, Xiao Wang, helped Li to get the encrypted document. He introduced three effective methods to Teacher Li. Let's take a look at what methods he used. The Save and Rebuild Document method is simpler and easier to use for the rookie family. But if I don't point it out, you probably won't think of unlocking it in such a simple way. First, open the encrypted document with Word 2010. Office2010 official download: http://www.xp85.com/html/office2010-mianfeiwanzhengban.html Click on the window "File → Save as" menu, click "Save as" & rdquo; on the right side of the dialog box “My computer”, then select a data partition (such as G drive) in the list. Click the drop-down list arrow on the right side of the “Save Type”, drag the scroll bar, find the “plain text (*.txt)” option, click “Save” to complete the operation (Figure 1 ). Then, open the TXT file you just saved in the G drive and press Ctrl+A to select all the documents in the page. A new Word 2010 blank document is opened, and the copied content is pasted into this new Word 2010 blank document. This way, you can edit it. Using the Word toolbox, we can also use the special Word toolbox to complete the task, like to play the cracked "children's shoes" can try. First download the "Word Toolbox" software on the Internet, double-click the downloaded WordTool.EXE file to start the decompression operation, and automatically enter the "Word must-have toolbox" window. Then, click "Install" after the window, and then generate a menu item in the Word menu bar “Toolbox”. Then, double-click the document that has been encrypted and click on the menu bar <; Toolbox & Rarr; Word Essential Toolbox”. After clicking the "Crack" tab of the toolbox, click "Easy to remove ‘ Protect Document & rsquo; Password" (Figure 2) to remove the password in the document. Modifying the code method for the master, using the method of editing the code, the operation may be simpler. First, open the encrypted document, click “ File → Save As “ menu, open the "Save As" dialog box. Click on the right side of the "Desktop", click on the "Save Type" on the right side of the drop-down list arrow, drag the scroll bar, find the "Word XML Document" option and click this option, then Click the “Save” button below to save. Next, open the Notepad program, click on the notepad “ File → Open & rdquo; menu. In the “Open” dialog box, locate the Word xml document you just saved and click the “Open” button to open the document. Then, click on the notepad & ldquo; Edit & Rarr; Find & rdquo; menu, enter unprotectpassword in the Find & rdquo; dialog box search content, click & ldquo; find the next & rdquo; button to find the keyword (Figure 3 ). If it is a Word 2003 document, change the =40D9fc99 after unprotectpassword to =00000000; then change enforcement=on to enforcement=off. If it is a Word 2010 document, change enforcement=1 to enforcement=0. Finally, click on the “File →Save” menu in Notepad to save the operation. In this way, the Word xml format document that has just been modified can be opened with the Word program, and the document can be edited. This article comes from [System Home] www.xp85.com
