Equipped with an automatic archiver for the clipboard

  
People who work in secretarial work often need to deal with the clipboard at all times. Many people find that, according to the normal usage method, when you click the “Ctrl+C”” button to copy text or images, you must immediately click the “Ctrl+V”” button to paste it into the target window. Otherwise, when the new data is copied, the original contents of the clipboard will be overwritten. When copying and pasting large amounts of data, it is easy to make mistakes. Text Archive Click the “Settings” button on the left side of the ClipboardCC main window, click the “Show all settings” button in the lower right corner of the window, and click the “Files” button on the left side of the settings window (Figure 1). The file storage type (including TXT, RTF, HTML, etc., defaults to text format) is selected in the "Format" list in the window. Select the file storage path of the corresponding type in the "File to save text" column. Because the copied data may have format attributes, Xiao Zhang chose the RTF format. For management convenience, check the “Merg text and image into one file” option to save the copied text and images in the target RTF file. In order to distinguish different data, check the “Insert delimiter between text clips” option to add a separator mark between different storage contents. Click the up and down “Change” buttons to customize the data block before and after the separation mark. 2. Image Archive Click the “Image” button on the left side of the window to select the image storage format in the “Format” list in the right window, including JPG, BMP, PNG, GIF, etc. Set the image save path in the “Folder to save images” column (default is “My Documents”). Display the image storage format in the "File name mask" column, and click the “Change” button to change the image naming format. The rest of the settings are saved by default. Xiao Zhang then clicks the “Start saving” button (Figure 2) on the left side of the ClipboardCC main window to activate the clipboard monitoring function. Later, when Xiao Zhang copies text or pictures into the clipboard, ClipboardCC can automatically save the contents of the clipboard in the RTF document or image specified by the specified path. In this way, Xiao Zhang can easily view the content he has copied before.
