When using Outlook 2007, I suddenly found that I couldn't open the hyperlink in the email. Every time I clicked, the error message would be displayed. “This operation has been canceled due to the limitations of this machine. Please contact your system administrator. ” Originally thought it was a problem with the link itself, but after many trials, it was found that the URL link, mail link, etc. could not be opened. Moreover, similar problems have arisen in other Office components such as Word and Excel. The browser uses Internet Explorer, and web browsing is normal. What went wrong?

First, in the Windows XP system

1, first click the [Run] command in the [Start] menu, type the [regedit] command in the [Open] field, and click the [OK] button


2. for Windows 7 /Vista system

2, in the start menu] [Search programs and files box, type [regedit] command, press Enter key

3. Locate the following branch in the directory tree on the left. HKEY_CURRENT_USER\\Software\\Classes\\.htmHKEY_CURRENT_USER\\Software\\Classes\\.html

4 Right mouse button to delete these two main items [.htm and .html]

5, pop-up confirmation window, click [Yes]
