Recover accidentally deleted contacts in the Address Book

For users who use email frequently, it's unthinkable that no user address book is available. Usually we add important contacts to the address book. The "Start/Program/Address Book" tool that comes with Windows is also a very good address book. Because it is easy to use, many friends use it to manage their own social circle. But what if you carefully delete a contact one day?

Although the address book does not provide a regret drug, it will automatically leave a backup file after the change, the specific location is "C:/Documents and Settings/username/Application Data/Microsoft/Address Book" to For example, the author's computer, the file named "computer fan.wab~" in this folder is the backup file we are looking for. First rename the "computer fan.WAB" and back it up to other places (to prevent the entire address book from being damaged after an accident), and then change the extension of "computer fan.wab~" to WAB.
