Outlook revokes the wrong message

Everyone will send it, but once your email is sent incorrectly or the content is wrong, how can it be withdrawn in time?

Let's take a look at the trick of revoking a sent message, but to use the following tricks, two conditions must be met: one is that the recipient must log in and use the inbox or Outlook; The recipient has not read the message or has not moved the message out of the "box." Here's how:

Step 1: Click on "Mail" on the Outlook panel or the "Show hidden folder list" button in your inbox.

Step 2: Click "Sent Mail".

Step 3: Open the message you want to recall or replace.

Step 4: Click "Retract this message" in the "Tools" menu.

Step 5: To recall the message, click "Delete unread copy of the message." To replace the message with another message, click Remove unread copy and replace with new message, click the OK button, and type a new message.

Step Six: To understand the success of the recall or replacement of the recipients of the message, select the "Tell me withdraw success or failure of each recipient" check box. When this box is checked, the mail withdrawal failures listed in the Inbox will be listed.

To replace the original message, you must send a new message, otherwise the original message will be withdrawn.
