FlashGet implements breakpoint continuation of hard disk files

FlashGet can resume downloading files after a breakpoint, but I haven't heard that it has the function of copying the hard disk files by breakpoints! What happened? Don't be nervous, let's change it today.

Before we can perform breakpoint re-copy, let's take a look at our operating system. If it is Windows 98, please install PWL. If it is Windows 2000/XP, please install Internet Service Manager (IIS). Service, because it is the basis of our implementation of breakpoints.

After installing the corresponding service for your own operating system, please create a Web site on your own computer. The Web site corresponds to the source folder on the local computer when copying, and open its properties window. , switch to the "Home Directory" tab, select the "Directory Browsing" option, save the settings.

Now we can open the browser and enter the local IP address in the address bar. This will display the file on the local hard disk, that is, the source address where the content is copied. Add the content you want to download to FlashGet and you can download it. Although it is downloading, it is actually copying from one location of the local computer to another, so the speed is still relatively fast. If there is a failure in the middle of the copy, then we can use FlashGet's breakpoint resume function to continue the download. The file is under.
