1. Shield pop-up window
TT will be found in C:\\Program Files\\TT after installing QQ. Of course, we can also download the stand-alone version from this CD. And install, the first time you start, you will be asked if it is set as the default browser. Later, we can also open the "Tools→Options" command in TT, then click on the "Composite" tab, and set it as the default browser.
Click the "Tools→Options" command in the TT, click the "Mask" tab in the dialog box, and select "Block the automatically pop-up web page window" as shown in Figure 1, and then click the "OK" button. That's it. Each time a pop-up window with an advertisement is opened, the number behind the "screening a page" of the TT status bar is incremented by 1, indicating that an advertisement pop-up window has been filtered by TT.


Second, filter bad URL
Check the "Use URL Filtering" function in the dialog box of Figure 1, click the "Add" button to open the "Filter URL Editing" dialog In the box, you can enter the keywords contained in the URL you want to filter. You can then select the filter criteria as needed, where the first filter only filters pages with URLs exactly equal to keywords, and the second filter URL contains all pages for keywords.
Small Tips
Users can also perform filtering after the webpage is opened. Right-click the webpage label to be filtered and select the “Add to Filtering Table” command in the shortcut menu to add the URL to be filtered to the figure. The dialog shown in 1 is already there.
Three, while browsing and downloading
Users who have used IE know that when you browse the webpage, you only need to click the new link, the original open webpage window will be overwritten, the user has to switch the original content and have to switch Window or back. TT provides a comprehensive multi-page browsing function, which can be downloaded while browsing, not only can fully utilize the network bandwidth, but also greatly save the time to open the webpage.
Click the "Always open a new window from the background" or "Always open a new window" button (Figure 2) at the top right of the TT browser. They have both "on" and "off" states. When the "Always open a new window from the background" button is on, the most recently opened page will be placed in the background. When the "Always open new window" button is on, you can open a new page in a new window, and the original page will automatically remain unrefreshed.


Small Tips
★The above two functions are preferred when they are opened at the same time.
★The status of the page opened by the user can be seen from the label of the window. If a small icon with an “hourglass” is displayed on the label, the page is being downloaded; if the icon on the label is “white paper green square” , indicating that the webpage has been downloaded, but the user has not browsed yet; if the icon on the tab displays an IE browser, the webpage is the current page that has been downloaded; if the tab has no content, it indicates that it has been downloaded and viewed. Page.
4. Quickly close the webpage
In order to adapt to the multi-page browsing mode of TT, it designed a variety of ways to close the webpage.
1. The user needs to close the current page being browsed. The quickest way is to double-click the page tab.
2. Click the "Close" button in the toolbar.
3. Right-click on the page tab and select the "Close" command in the shortcut menu.
4. Press the shortcut key "Ctrl+F4" to close the current webpage, which can quickly close the currently open page.
5. If the user needs to close all the web pages currently open, you can click the "multi-page drop-down menu" button to open the menu and select the "close all forms" command.
6. Right-click on a page tab and select the "Close All" command in the shortcut menu to close all pages that are open.
7. If the user has used the "mouse gesture", you can hold down the right mouse button, move the mouse to the right, move to the left and then to the right, and finally release the right button to close all pages.
5, give you a dose of regret medicine
Sometimes using IE will have such a problem, when closing the window, accidentally close the webpage that you still want to browse, it is quite troublesome to find it and reopen it. To this end, TT has designed a "Recently Viewed" drop-down list, and users can restore the page you want to watch by simply clicking the drop-down arrow of the "Recently Viewed" button.
Another method can reopen a recently closed webpage by clicking the "Recently Viewed" button or the "Restore Recent Browsers" command in the drop-down list.
Small Tips
★Click the "Clear Recent Browse List" command in the "Recently Viewed" drop-down list to clear the names of all the web pages in the "Recently Viewed" drop-down list.
★ The "Recently Viewed" drop-down list shows and saves limited address information. It can only display 10 address information and save 15 address information. When more than 15 pages are closed, only the 15 most recently closed addresses are saved in the list, and the last 10 addresses are displayed.
Six, automatic filling form is more convenient
First, the user should fill in the personal information in the relevant web page, and then click TT "automatic form filling → save the current form", pop-up "successfully save the current form data" prompt box description This information has been saved.
In the future, you must enter the information you have saved in the web page. Just click “Auto-fill form → fill in the current form”, and you can automatically fill in the saved information to the corresponding position on the web page.

TT provides a very convenient copy-and-paste function, users simply select the text or link in the web page, drag them to the address bar, search bar and other locations, You can perform browsing, searching, etc. without having to open the search engine website and enter keywords.
Eight, mouse gestures are more cool
The so-called mouse gesture is to hold down the right mouse button, let the mouse move in a blank track in the blank space, in order to perform common operations such as back, forward, refresh, close the window.
(1) Advance to a web page, press and hold the right mouse button, move the mouse to the right and release the right mouse button.
(2) To retreat to a web page, hold down the right mouse button, move the mouse to the left and release the right button.
(3) To refresh the current web page, hold down the right mouse button, move the mouse up, move it down and release the right button.
(4) To close the current web page, hold down the right mouse button, move the mouse to the right, move to the left and then to the right, and finally release the right mouse button.



The default state of the mouse gesture function of TT is off. To open this function, you need to click the TT “Tools→Options” command, click the “Browse” tab in the dialog box, and check “Use mouse” Gesture function" and click the "OK" button.
Nine, Cyclone download
TT provides a plug-in called "Cyclone download", the first realization of the tight integration of browser and multi-threaded download tools. Click the "Tools → Options" command in the menu, click the "Download" tab in the dialog box, check "Use the cyclone to download the plug-in", and set the "Default download save path", then the "OK" button.
Direct click on the download link, you can also open the pane shown in Figure 3 to perform the download task, the "Start /Continue Download" and "Pause Download" buttons can control the download task. Double-click the word "Cyclone Download" in Figure 3 to open the "Default.cgl-Tencent CycloneGet" window. There are three tabs "Downloading", "Downloaded" and "Deleted". Users can not only see the history of the download, but also use the "Task" menu to perform the download management task.
