Outlook Express Clear Spam Tips

For unsolicited spam, readers hate the bones, some emails even carry viruses, and anti-virus software frequently alarms, which is very headache. When sending and receiving mail through "OutlookExpress", you need to download the mail from the mail server to the local hard disk before receiving the mail, and then you can browse. This will also download the spam together, which not only wastes the space of the hard disk, but also increases the security risks.

Although it is possible to delete messages from non-compliant sender addresses into "Deleted Items" via "Mail/Block Sender" in the "OutlookExpress" menu, it is not a permanent deletion in the true sense. Like the recycle bins placed in the system, those viruses remain on the local disk.

In fact, we can use the "OutlookExpress" mail rule, you can open the menu "Tools /Mail Rules /Mail", click the "New" button, create a new mail rule, in the first column of the opened window Check the “If the sender contains users” item, then click the underlined value in the third column to edit (Figure 1, 2). For example, if we don't trust all emails from aaa.com, we can fill in the domain name aaa.com, click “Add” to add it, check “Delete from server” in the second column, and finally press “ Determine "complete rule making. In this way, after receiving the mail, you can directly remove those spam messages, and will not keep them on the local hard disk.
