When it comes to printing, the first reaction of many friends is to print text or pictures on a paper medium with a printer. But what I want to say to you today is not the printing in the traditional sense, and some documents are printed into special format files through special printers. These special format files may be what you need.

I. Print as a picture

If you want to share a well-documented document with a friend, but he does not install the corresponding software, then turning the document into a picture is undoubtedly a good solution, famous Capture software - SnagIt 7.0 comes with this feature.

1. Install the SnagIt printer. First check if the system has SnagIt 7.0 installed, and go to "Printers and Faxes" under "Control Panel" to see if there is a printer named SnagIt 7.0. If you don't have this printer, start SnagIt 7.0 to install. Click “Configure SnagIt Printer Capture” in the main interface “Management” to display the dialog box, then click the button next to SnagIt Print to pop up the dialog box (Figure 1), click “Add” The SnagIt Printer button enters the name of the printer. Clicking OK will wait for the printer to install successfully.

Step 2. Print the document as a picture. Open the file to be printed, such as: Wps or Word document, select the menu "File → Print" dialog box, select the printer as "SnagIt 7.0", which is the SnagIt printer just added, click the "OK" button to automatically start SnagIt 7.0, at this point you can see that the document has become a picture, press Ctrl+P to page up, Ctrl+N to page down, so that you can view the documents of all pages; select the menu "File → Finish Output" to save the current picture The file format is Tif. A picture in this format can contain multiple pictures. You can also save each page as another picture format.

II. Printing as an animation

Printing a document into a picture Perhaps everyone thinks it is normal, but prints the document as an animation and is a Flash animation. The content of the animation is a well-documented document. If there are hyperlinks, bookmarks, etc. in the original document, these can be left intact in the animation, of course, thanks to the interactivity of Flash animation. To print out such an animation, you need to use Macromedia's Flash plug-in tool, FlashPaper 2.0.

1. First we go here to download FlashPaper 2.0, then unzip the installation, this is the version can be free trial for a month, and no functional restrictions. After the installation is complete, FlashPaper will automatically add a virtual printer called "Macromedia FlashPaper" to "Printers and Faxes" in the Control Panel. This is the "magic weapon" we use to print documents into animations (Figure 2).

2. Start Word or Wps and other software, open a document that has been formatted, select the menu "File → Print" command, select the printer as "Macromedia FlashPaper" in the dialog box that appears, and then click "OK", wait a moment. The FlashPaper prints the document automatically (Figure 3). After printing, click the button in the toolbar to view the animated documents. These buttons can retrieve keywords in the document, page up and down, print documents, and so on.

3. Click the "Save as Macromedia Flash" button on the FlashPaper toolbar to pop up the dialog box and enter the file name to save the current document as an animation in swf format. This animation can be printed in a variety of software, very convenient. If Flash Player is not installed in the system, but when the Internet is online, the Flash in the webpage can be played normally. This means that the Flash Player plugin is already installed on the computer. At this time, the swf file can be directly viewed by dragging and dropping it into the browser.
