How to use the Win10 system recovery function?

  
Windows 10 comes with a system recovery function that restores the factory default settings when there is a problem with the computer, thus solving various problems caused by software, drivers, improper configuration, etc. The following small series will teach you the steps to use the Win10 system recovery function.

1. Click: Start Menu button > All Apps > Computer Settings

2. In the Computer Settings interface, click: Update & Restore > Restore

3. Select Recovery mode
(1) It is generally recommended to select the first item “Restore the computer without affecting your file”, this option will not delete any existing data (the installed software will be deleted). Click [Start] and follow the prompts to click [Next] to start restoring your computer.
(2) If you still can't solve the problem after using the first item, you need to use the second item "delete everything and reinstall Windows". This option is equivalent to reinstalling the system and will save it on the desktop, my document. If all the software and photos in the system disk are deleted, you can copy the important files to the non-system disk (D/E/F/G...) first. Don't worry if your files are already stored on a non-system disk (D/E/F/G...).
