Win7 system just installed blue screen solution

What is atieclxx.exe?
atieclxx.exe is a program of ATI graphics card catalyst, it is only an auxiliary function, let ATI graphics card better performance, not a driver.
There are a lot of graphics cards that are not friends of ATI. After installing Windows 7 blue screen, it may be caused by atieclxx.exe.
(I used ATI graphics card, installed Windows 7 no blue screen, so I am not sure)
If you just installed Windows 7 system blue screen, you may wish to close the atieclxx.exe program
Close ATI External Event Utility component to solve the blue screen problem
The operation steps are as follows:
-Start the system in safe mode
- Enter the menu of the management system service
- Find the ATi External Event Utility Service item< Br>- Right click, select ”Properties”
- Change the startup type to ”Disable”(Disabled)
- Apply, click ”OK”
- Restart the machine
