Slightly less mature! Win7 official Chinese package installation /trial Raiders

After the beta version of the Windows 7 operating system was released, many users tried it in the first place. However, the official version of Simplified Chinese has not yet been released. Therefore, for users who are not too English, "Lingguang", it is inconvenient to use. However, a recent Chinese-language package file that is said to be Microsoft's official Windows 7 operating system is circulating on the Internet. And before the introduction of a forum in China, "private", the Chinese package, the "fool" installation method is different, this Chinese package needs to be added in the system control panel "language options", and how to add And install it? Today, I will work with you to install this Chinese package in the Windows 7 beta version, and check if the Chinese level can match the "official" word.

First, install Windows 7 & ldquo; official & rdquo; finished package

Unlike the previous Chinese version of a forum, install this "official" Chinese package, the user must first through the Windows 7 system control panel (Contol Panel) (Figure 1), enter the Change display language option in the Region, Language and Region (Figure 2).

At this time, the user selects the “Install&Uninstall languages” option in the regional and language options (Figure 3),

After the positioning is completed, the user will let the user determine whether to install it. And start the Windows 7 operating system "Linhua" travel.

After the installation is completed, the user will automatically choose whether to immediately convert the system language to "simplified Chinese" “, after the selection, it will automatically restart the system. The system has then become a Simplified Chinese version.

After rebooting, the user will find that Windows 7 The beta system has become a "simplified Chinese" version (Figure 10). Including windows, menus and IE browsers have become Chinese.

Also includes the version information of Windows 7, etc., has also been completely finished, the translation effect is still Not bad. However, after a period of operation, the author still found that in the control panel and some menus, the Chinese effect is not ideal, for example, the corresponding setting options of the taskbar setting menu and the control panel are still displayed in English (Figure 11).

Figure 11 Some of the Windows 7 beta functional terms in English are still in English

However, from the overall performance point of view, this "official" Chinese package is stronger than the previous Chinese netizens made their own localization procedures, at least not appearing again? ? ” This kind of garbled content. It can basically meet the actual use needs of users. This level of operation is also easily accessible to users of average English.

Edit Comment:

The author originally installed a forum to launch the "Chineseization package" program, although to some extent, the Windows 7 beta version can also be changed to Simplified Chinese status. But the performance on the details is far less than this "official" Chinese package. However, although the performance of this finished package can only be considered quite satisfactory. But after all, Windows 7 is still only a beta version. I believe that in the RC version, or the official version that is expected to be released during the year, it will definitely bring you a really easy to use Simplified Chinese system.
