3. Files can only be encrypted if they are stored on a disk encrypted with BitLocker. If files are copied to other disks, they will be decrypted automatically.

In short: confidential files or privacy files are placed on a disk encrypted with BitLocker, which can be used normally, but cannot be seen or used by others; confidential files or private files can only be placed on a disk encrypted with BitLocker. Has a protective function.
