Solution

First, try to enter safe mode to see if there will be a blue screen.

Second, if the windows7 system security mode is not blue, then we can try a clean boot.

1. Log in to your computer with an account that has administrator privileges.

2. Press Win+R, type msconfig in the Run box, and press Enter to start the System Configuration Utility.

3. On the "General" tab, click “Selective Startup", and then click to clear the <;Load startup items” checkbox.

4. On the "Services" tab, click to select the "Hide all Microsoft services" checkbox, and then click “ Disable All.

5. On the "Startup" tab, click “All Disabled”.

6. Click “OK", then click “Restart”.

To get back to normal mode, just click “normal startup> on the “General” tab.

Third, recall whether you have added, deleted, or changed any programs or drivers before the problem occurs.

Fourth, it is recommended that you repair the system files or repair the installation.

Click the Start menu, type cmd in the search box, then right click on cmd, run as administrator, type sfc/scannow, press Enter to repair the system files.
