Solution /Steps:

1. Open Win+R and enter the following character command <;gpedit.msc”, then open the local Group Policy Editor for your computer.

2, as shown in opens, expand the options, then click open the following options: User Configuration /Administrative Templates /& ldquo; start & rdquo; menu and taskbar.

3, find the & ldquo; do not allow the program to the taskbar additional option & rdquo ;, if the set state is enabled, it means that the problem here.

4, just click to enter, set it to Not Configured, then click Apply again, and to determine, finally restart the computer on it.
