5. In the [Daily] window, select the specified task start date, time, and corresponding time interval, then select [Next] to proceed to the next step, as shown in the following figure.
6. In the [Operation] window, click the mouse to select the [Start Program] item, then select [Next] to proceed to the next step, as shown in the figure below.
7, in the [Startup Program] window, click on the mouse and select [Program or Script] to enter shutdown, then enter -s -f -t 120 after "Add Parameter", the input content means that the task is triggered. After that, it is forced to automatically shut down after 20 seconds. Then select [Next] to proceed to the next step, as shown below.

8, [Summary] window, click on the mouse to select [Finish], complete the setting operation, as shown below.

Note: In the [Computer Management] window, click the mouse to select [Task Scheduler] to expand the details, then click the mouse to select [Task Scheduler Library], the task list appears in the middle pane, you can see Go to all the corresponding tasks we created. 1, enter cmd in the search box in the start menu, as shown below.
