WinXP can't open the Security Center and the solution is not available

  
                

Some WinXP users found that they could not be opened when they opened the Security Center. The prompt: “Security Center” is not available now because its related services are not started or stopped. Please close this window and restart your computer (or start the Security Center service) and then open “Security Center”. How can we solve this problem?

Solution:

Method 1:

Click “ Start → Run&rdquo ; , enter services.msc in the run box, then set the “Security Center” service to “auto" and click “enable”

Method 2:
