How to open Telnet Win7/Win8 open Telnet service method

  

Telnet is a common remote login and management tool for administrators. By running the Telnet client service on the local computer, you can remotely control the remote Telnet server. The Telnet service is integrated in Windows 2003/XP/Vista/Win7/Win8 systems. By default, the Telnet service is disabled, and friends who need to use it need to be manually turned on. Note: The following Telnet service method is applicable to Win7 and Win8 systems. Of course, XP is basically similar.

First, enter the computer control panel, Win7 users can find through the start menu (Win8 users can right click in the lower left corner of the Win icon), as shown below:

5. After the installation is complete, the Telnet service is disabled by default. Also need to execute “Start”→“Run”, enter servcies.msc to open the Service Manager. Find and double-click the Telnet service item, set its startup mode to “manual” (safer, only enable when needed, of course, you can also set it to start automatically), and finally “start” & rdquo; the service & ldquo; ” Exit.
