Many friends have feedback, in the Windows 7 taskbar notification area, the operation center or power icon is missing or grayed out. Today's article can help you solve this type of problem.

I often have to look at the battery when I go out with my notebook, but recently I suddenly noticed that the power icon in the Windows 7 taskbar notification area is gone. Open the notification area icon management, the power option is gray, can't move! !

Don't worry, try the solution below: type gpedit.msc in the Start Search box and press Enter to open the Local Group Policy Editor.

Under "User Configuration", open “Administrative Templates>->“Start Menu and Taskbar">; In the details window on the right, find and double-click &ldquo ; Delete the action center icon & rdquo; option. Configure it to “not configured” or“disabled”, then press “OK” to exit.

Now, go back to the desktop. Right click on “Show hidden icons”, select “properties”.

Open the power icon.

As shown above, after setting win7 taskbar above, you can display the power icon normally. Is it good?
