Can the classic machine play win7 play smoothly?

Is it possible to play Win7 on a classic machine?

Windows7 master machine is able to support a lot of people know, after 2004 the basic mainstream configuration can run Windows7, but the master machine can play if Win7 smooth play? This is a question that everyone cares about.
