Windows 7 comes with a firewall to use Raiders (2)

Firewall personalized settings allow users to individually allow a program to communicate through the firewall, such as playing online games in a computer that can not confirm complete security:

Click Control Panel/System and Security/Windows Firewall, and on the left menu, click Allow Programs or Features to Pass Windows Firewall. After opening, you can see that the common network software is displayed in the list. If you want to add other programs, just click "Allow another program to run" in the lower right corner to set the program that needs to pass the firewall

Programs in the program list can be manually added as allowed. Programs not in the list can select "Browse" to manually select the address of the program.

For a firewall, the inbound rules of the external network are the most important settings. Open the "Advanced Settings" interface, right click on the "Inbound Rules" in the new pop-up window, pop-up Select the "New Rule" command from the shortcut menu. Here, the automatic update program of Thunder is taken as an example. If you want to prohibit the automatic upgrade program of Thunder from accepting any data, the user will be asked to select the rule type in the “New Inbound Rule Wizard” interface that pops up, and the user can target the application, port, and service. Make your selection. After selecting "Application", select the "ThunderLiveUD.exe" file under the Thunder folder.

After the selection is completed, continue to select the connection method to connect to the network. Win 7 provides users with three connection methods:

Allow connection: The program or port can be used under any circumstances. Connect to the network.

Allow only secure connections: Programs or ports are allowed to connect to the network only if they are protected by IPSec.

Block Connections: Prevents this program or port from connecting to the network in any state.

After selecting "Block Connection", Thunder's automatic update will not work at all!
