There are three solutions:
First: install xp virtual machine under Win7

Third: Given the homology of Vista and Windows7 kernel. The Netmeeting kernel program has been specially modified to enable Windows 7 to run Netmeeting normally.
First: install NetMeeting3.0.2 (Netmeeting-kb927853-x86-enu.msi). The installation method is similar to Vista. Because NetMeeting's installer wants to detect the Windows version, it may report incompatibility, but it doesn't matter, just run the installation as usual. During the installation process, a function point of MSASN1.dll can be reported that cannot be located. NetMeeting installed now can't run yet, it needs to be cracked (move the files in the Cracks directory to C:\\Program Files\\NetMeeting\\ and replace the source files.)
