How to open Win7 quick launch bar

Windows 7 New Taskbar

In fact, although Windows 7 has cancelled the quick launch, the quick launch feature still exists. You can put the commonly used programs in the taskbar and open them as you like. You can add the program you want to the taskbar:

(Right click on this program or shortcut, choose to lock to the taskbar. You can also drag the program to the taskbar.)

Right-click on the taskbar -> Toolbar -> New toolbar. Enter this path in the folder and press Enter: %userprofile%\\AppData\\Roaming\\Microsoft\\Internet Explorer\\Quick Launch

Right-click on the blank space on the taskbar and remove the hook from the locked taskbar. Then right-click on the location of the Quick Launch and remove the checkboxes that display the text and display the title.

The taskbar is now unlocked. We are free to drag the above things. Use a little bit of force, you need to move a bit. Drag the quick launch bar to the left to a position that you can't drag. Then drag the taskbar to the right and the quick launch bar will automatically reach the far left.

There are still a lot of programs in the original taskbar. You can remove them one by one. Right click on the program icon and select to unlock this program from the taskbar.

Finally, lock the taskbar and you're all set.

If you don't look so pleasing to the eye, you can right-click on the property and check the Use small icon - OK.
