We know that C:Users* is hidden* (“Robin” is the name of the user), which is the folder where the shortcuts of the fixed programs on the screen are located. Replace icons, rename, are all done here.
Follow this folder with “program”.

1. Off:
navigate to C: WindowsSystem32 * hidden *, fixed to the right start, you can. At this point, you can enter the program and rename it to shutdown.
2. Sleep:
*Hide*, drag the sleep file (1k size) in the attachment into it, copy it, go to the program, paste the shortcut, rename it to sleep, search for sleep, find it and right click Fixed to the beginning, you can.

3. Network sharing:
How to open a network share with batch processing I believe many people know, but it is uncomfortable to locate this bat file every time (do not love clean desktop, files are free to put Please ignore this sentence).
Copy the bat file, go to the program, paste the shortcut, rename it to network share, search for the network share, find it and right click to fix it, just as above.
Note that the bat file cannot be set to run this program by the administrator, so it is still necessary to run the right-click administrator every time until it is fixed.
