What is the win8 system online flower screen?

The author's computer is relatively old, configured as AMD Athlon64 X2 5000+ processor, NVIDIA C68 motherboard and DDR2 667 2GB memory. Recently, I have upgraded and installed Windows 8 development preview version, but it is also running slowly. And after the system is installed, all the hardware drivers are automatically installed, which is very convenient.

but the only downside is that, when browsing the web, there always will be the phenomenon of corruption (Figure 1). Although it can be solved by pressing the F5 key refresh, it is cumbersome to do this every time. The author began to think that it was a browser problem, so I changed the IE, Firefox, Migratory and GreenBrowser, and the problem was still the same, so I suspected the video card.

I use a C68 motherboard integrated graphics GeForce 7050P, with "drive Wizard 2011" is detected in the "Basic Status" screen, the current version of the graphics driver 8.17.12.7574 ( As shown in Figure 2), there is an 8.17.12.9745 certified version available for upgrade. Switch to the "Drive Management" interface, you can see that the 8.17.12.7574 version of the driver does not get the digital signature of Windows (Figure 3), so there may be compatibility issues.

It can be seen that the GeForce graphics driver that comes with Windows 8 is 8.17.12.7574, released on July 20, 2011, but can still be upgraded to an earlier time. The 8.17.12.9745 certified version was released on April 3, 2010. Then choose the 8.17.12.9745 version of the driver to upgrade, after the upgrade, the phenomenon of browsing the web screen is no longer, the problem has been completely solved.

Since the Windows 8 development preview is not the official version of the operating system, its own drivers may not be digitally signed, it is not necessarily a stable version, it is inevitable that compatibility issues may arise, so I suggest you After installing the Windows 8 development preview, the driver will be upgraded to avoid problems.
