Win8.1 repeated DiagTrack response to stop response

  

Recently, some Win8.1 users have reported such a problem: In the process of using Win8.1 system, DiagTrack stops responding repeatedly. To solve this problem, we can solve the problem by disabling the corresponding service in the system's service manager.

To disable the service:
