What should I do if upgrading Win8.1 causes the iPhone to not connect to iTunes?

Today, after the Xiaobian handcuffs upgraded Win8 to Win8.1, my iPhone could not connect to iTunes. It’s really anxious. Fortunately, I finally found a solution, and I will share it with you.

Method:

1, and a computer connected to the iphone;

2, the Start menu, select & ldquo; computer & rdquo; - Right - & ldquo; property ”;

3. Go to <;Device Manager>;

4. Find the entry for “ Apple iPhone” and select Update Driver from the shortcut menu;

5, click & ldquo; browse the computer to find the driver & rdquo;;

6, click & ldquo; install from the disk & rdquo;;

7, click on the dialog box & ldquo; browse ”;

8. Find the corresponding driver directory:

C:\\Program Files\\Common Files\\Apple\\Mobile Device Support\\Drivers 9. Select the usbaapl.inf file and click Confirm, wait for the installation to complete, reconnect to iTunes.

Are you careful friends? The corresponding driver is not found in this method, because this directory is Win8. In the win8.1 system, since I am upgrading from win8, the folder will have two windows and window.old. So, just find the installation driver file in the new system system path.
