Diagnose XP System Why Logout Menu No User Switch Button

——“Hey, why do I click "Start"Menu →"Logout", but there is no "user switching" button? I am puzzled to ask next to Computer master.

——“我瞧瞧”.

Let's introduce it first. I used the XP system. When I was going to log off the computer today, I found that there was no "User Switch" button. When I was confused, I played the computer next door. The master asked, the so-called "knowing to know, I do not know if I don't know". Well. Let's listen to the master's answer together.

——“This is usually caused by two reasons. One is that the system does not enable “use the user to quickly switch & rdquo; function. The other is that the system does not start the service <Terminal Services". There are also two solutions to this problem, which need to be used for computers in individual situations. ”

The system is not enabled < Use the user to quickly switch & rdquo; function, solution:

1. Click “ Start → Control Panel → User Account on the taskbar → Change the way users log in or log out”.

2. Then tick “Use welcome screen” and “Use user to quickly switch” <;

3. Finally click the “OK” button to enable the feature.

The system does not start the service "Terminal Services", solution:

1. Run “services.msc”, find the service "Terminal Services", double-click to open its properties.

2. Select “Manual” or "Automatic" in the "Startup Type" drop-down box on the "General" tab to make the service every time the system starts. Can start normally.

3. Then click the “Start” button to start the service, and the problem is solved.

The computer master knows if there is any problem. If you have the same problems as I have encountered, try the above steps. Of course, you must first diagnose which computer your computer is. Causes, so that can be better resolved.
