Every time Windows 8 opens IE10, it prompts to stop working.

User Tip: Recently, in Windows 8 system, just open IE10 and this prompt appears. “Internet Explorer has a problem, causing the program to stop working normally.” Click Cancel or Yes. Continue to show such a prompt, even the browser's blank home page can not open, even if you want to disable the add-on can not operate.

Answer: Does this phenomenon occur in the near future or just installed on Windows 8? If it only appears recently, the easiest way is to try to restore the system to the state before the last configuration. The specific operation is as follows:

Right-click on the computer -> Properties -> System Protection -> System Restore (show more restore points, select the restore point before the problem) to restore.

Note: System Restore will not affect your files, and some programs installed after the restore point may be affected.

Of course, before, you can try the following methods to confirm the problem:

1. Find CProgram FilesInternet Exploreriexplore.exe Right click to select the application and run as administrator.

2, open IE, click the gear icon in the upper right corner, Internet Options, Advanced, restart IE after reset.

3, Clean Boot:

Type msconfig in the search box, then tap or click “msconfig”.

On the "Services" tab in the "System Configuration" dialog box, tap or click to select the "Hide all Microsoft services" checkbox, then tap or click “all disabled”.

On the <;Startup" tab of the "System Configuration" dialog box, click “Open Task Manager”.

On the Task Manager's "Startup" tab, for each launch item, select the launch item and click “Disable”.
