When you delete a file, win7 often encounters the folder being used. The operation could not be completed because the folder or file in it has been opened in another program. Please close the folder or file and try the "retry" prompt. It doesn't say which program is being called. Most of the time we closed the program, but it still can't be deleted, and it will always be prompted.

The following solutions are generally available:

1, use the third-party software right-click function to force delete (360 security guards and QQ housekeeper, etc.)

2 After restarting computer

Method 4:

1)Windows 7 taskbar (right click) —— Task Manager ——Performance——Resource Monitor

2)CPU Tab——Associated Handle——Search Handle——(Enter) File to delete Folder name —— searches for the process associated with the folder name handle (because this program process is calling the folder, it caused the failure to delete the folder.)
