What if I don't understand the gap in the Windows 10 right-click menu?

Starting with Windows
8, in order to take care of tablet PCs or devices with touch screens, Microsoft has implemented anti-missing optimization for the regular application interface. It’s just after the Windows
10, the pace is a bit bigger, and people feel it at a glance, um, it’s really different. But these changes are for older device users, or those who only use keyboard and mouse operations, the larger gaps increase the distance the mouse pointer moves, so that the previous habits are hard changed. If the device with Windows
10 has no touch screen, then it is a wise choice to change the right-click menu back to the width of the <7>Windows
7 standard.

Comparing the gap before and after the gap

Enter regedit in the Cortana search bar and press Enter to enter the Registry Editor;

Locate to

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\\SOFTWARE\\Microsoft\\Windows\\CurrentVersion\\FlightedFeatures;

Create a new DWORD (32-bit) value on the right side, rename it to ImmersiveContextMenu, and use the default value data directly “0”;

After restarting the computer, you can see that the effect of preserving the gap for preventing accidental touch is removed.

If you want to reply to the Windows 10 default style, just delete the ImmersiveContextMenu and restart.
