Solution for IE11 browser cannot be opened after Win8.1 system update

  
 

Some Windows
8.1 users will not be able to open the IE11 browser after the system is automatically updated. The reason is caused by the authority problem. The following Microsoft chiefs will share the solution.

Win + R shortcuts to bring up the "Run" dialog box, type "regedit", confirm, open “ Registry Editor, and navigate to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\\Software\\ in the list on the left. Microsoft\\Internet Explorer\\Main, then right click on the Main item and select “Permissions”. Figure:


Click the “Advanced” button in the Open "Main Permissions" window. As shown in the figure:


In the "Advanced Security Settings" window of the Open "Main Security Settings" window, select each "permission entry" See below to see the "Enable Inheritance" button. As shown in the figure:


Because the permission inheritance should be enabled under normal circumstances, the display should be as shown above, "disable inheritance", if it is displayed "Enable inheritance" , indicating that the inheritance of the subject is disabled, so click “ enable inheritance & rdquo; Finally & ldquo; determine & rdquo; close the registry.

Try again to open IE11 browser, it should be able to open normally
