Start “Find and solve the problem<quo;, turn on the hardware and sound, under the sound option, select to play the audio, Win7 computer has no sound solution skills in the play audio dialog box, click Next step.


In the fault dialog, select Headphones and click Next; at this point, it will give a diagnostic message: the peripheral is not plugged in; and a fix is ​​suggested: plug in Speaker or earphones.
