Problem Symptom: An error occurs when connecting to the VPN<;Error 769: Unable to connect to the specified target>; The following summarizes the causes and solutions of the error that may cause this problem. You can exclude the check in order.

1. Check if the network connection is normal, if there is any disconnection

Please make sure the network cable is connected to the computer and network tuner. If your computer is connected to a hub or router, make sure the cable that connects the hub or router to the network tuner is connected.

2, make sure the network connection is enabled, do not disable

A, click “Start Menu", click “Run”, type ncpa.cpl, and then click OK.

B. Right-click on the Local Area Connection icon. If the network connection is disabled, click Enable.

3. Restart the router, ADSL and other network tuners

Turn off the router and ADSL network tuner device and wait for two minutes before restarting.

E. In the dialog box, you will be prompted to delete the files associated with this device, click Yes.

F, restart your computer. Alternatively, click Actions and then click Scan to detect hardware changes.

finds the device but does not recognize it, you must install the latest drivers for your network adapter. You can visit the PC official website to get drivers, or third-party driver software, such as driving life and other software.

7. Temporarily turn off the firewall software exclusion

Turn off the software installed on the computer, which may affect the connection. Then try the VPN connection again. If it is indeed the cause of the firewall, you can add exceptions or whitelists to the VPN connection.

8. Clear Internet Explorer Browser Cache

A, start Microsoft Internet Explorer browser.

9. Fix network connection
