We fixed a problem that caused some apps to be accidentally lost in the "Share” dialog.

We fixed an issue where the Insider personnel who have configured data restrictions on their phones may end up in a state where they will receive frequent notifications about exceeding this limit.

We fixed a problem where horizontal progress points (shown when using an indeterminate ProgressBar control, for those familiar with XAML) fade out incorrectly on the right side.

Mobile Known Issues

If your device has never been successfully updated to Build 14951, please see this forum post. If your device receives Build 14951, you should be able to download and update to this version. Thanks to the Insider members who helped us resolve the update progress card at 0% last week!

Some Insider personnel received a 0x80242006 error when trying to update to the latest version. We are investigating to view this forum post.

In the next few weeks, you won't be able to install additional languages, keyboards, and voice packages on your phone. If you have an existing language, keyboard and voice package installed, they will continue to exist when you update to the new version. You just can't install any new language. If you hard reset your phone on these versions, you won't be able to install additional languages, keyboards, and voice packages. As a workaround, you can use Windows Device Recovery Tool to go back to Windows Phone 8.1 or Windows 10 Mobile, install any language, keyboard and voice package you need, and then update to the latest version in the Fast Insider channel.

Excel Mobile will freeze after adding a worksheet and eventually crash.
