Solution:
1, press win+R to open “run”, enter “gpedit.msc” and then confirm, open “local group policy editor”;


2 , expand Computer Configuration--->Administrative Template--->Windows Components---> Search;


3, select “Search” and select on the right side<quo;allow Use Cortana 

4, double-click to open the setting to “Enabled”, then click “Apply”“OK”;
