A few days ago, Microsoft selected Build 10586 as the Threshold 2 Fall Update, which was officially launched to the Insider Express Edition members this morning.

Fixed Issues:

-Small size devices like the Dell Venue 8 Pro, when the screen rotation mode is turned on at startup, or when the virtual mode screen size setting is larger than the actual screen size, a blue screen will appear during the upgrade. This problem has been fixed. .

-Download apps and games from the store should now be more stable.

Known Issues:

-When upgrading from one Windows 10 Insider Preview Build to another, Skype messages and contacts in the Messaging + Skype app will disappear. Navigate to “C:\\Users\\<USERNAME>\\AppData\\Local\\Packages\\Microsoft.Messaging_8wekyb3d8bbwe\\LocalCache” in the Explorer to delete or rename the &PoveateTransportId” file to retrieve Skype messages and contacts . After deleting or renaming the “PrivateTransportId” file, enter the Skype video app, exit Skype and log back in.

- After upgrading to Windows 10 Build 10586, the Insider Hub app will disappear. You can manually add Insider Hub, go to Settings > System > Apps & Features, click “Manage Optional Features>, select “Add a Feature"; and select Insider Hub.

The Build 10586 version released today is not marked as TH2 version, but there are reports that Microsoft has completed the TH2 signing for Windows 10 desktop and mobile, and is expected to be released in the near future.
