Some Win10 users have encountered problems that the system cannot remember the arrangement and location of desktop icons. The desktop icons will be rearranged each time you log in to the system. At this time, it can be solved by the following methods.

Workaround:

1, first press Win+R to open the run, enter regedit and press Enter to open the registry editor;

•2, get the administrator of the following location Permissions

HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\\CLSID\\{42aedc87-2188-41fd-b9a3-0c966feabec1}\\InProcServer32 (32-bit system)

HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\\Wow6432Node\\CLSID\\{42aedc87-2188-41fd-b9a3- 0c966feabec1}\\InProcServer32 (64-bit system)
